Fishing Rules
- All fish to be returned to water unharmed. The use of keepnets, sacks and retainers allowed only by prior permission. Fish theft will result in police and the environment agency being called!
- Unhooking mats and landing nets are compulsory with all fishing methods. Sidecutters and long pliers/forceps must be carried incase of accidental pike captures.
- Barbless or micro barb hooks can be used (check pike fishing rules barbless/semi-barbed trebles only , particle baits to be correctly prepared. Checks will be made!
- No clearing or cutting of trees or vegetation without permission.
- Maximum of 2 non-fishing guests are allowed per angler.
- Pike fishing and day members may only use a maximum of 2 rods. Night members may use 3 rods if not encroaching on other anglers water and there is adequate space in the swim.
- Guest tickets available @ £10 upto 24 hours by prior arrangement. The same guest may only be brought a maximum of 2 sessions.
- Pike fishing rules- No bait fishing from (1stApril--1stOctober), Min of 15b line or 30lb braid. Barbless or semi barbed treble hooks, single or circle hooks prefered. Traces must be at least 18inches long 20lb min, No livebaits, No pike gags to be used. long handled cutters and forceps must be carried at all times even when not pike angling incase of accidental capture. Max 2 rods
- Absolutely NO litter or terminal tackle to be left. Toilet must be used the woodland is not a toilet. No using the boats they are there purely for maintenance of the fishery, no bonfires, no swimming, no loud music, Do Not enter the no fishing areas or woodland. No excessive drinking or drug use. Dogs must be kept on leads. The gate is to be kept locked at all times and the code must not given to non members. Please ensure the code is not left entered in the lock. Please enter and exit the fishery quietly. Rig checks will be carried out.
